Saw the trailer some months back and was hyped especially with Claire Danes involvement. Saw the final trailer few weeks ago and it drained my hype. Then I started seeing the reviews this week and it's a head scratcher.

I was not expecting too much from Vince Gilligan but I just watched the best pilot episode of the year! Wtfuckery! No spoilers but I did not even know it was a sci-fi show mahnnn😭❤️

That Alejandra own was painful too, that lady told she and the couple to wait and take a train that they'd never make it with a car, but they refused to listen to her. I was touched when the kind couple froze to death.

I'm not sure I'll continue the franchise by watching Yellowstone. Don't want to watch another tragedy.

It's one of those shows that you want to see the end, you can't wait for the next episode. I love it.

A question though, how did it spread so fast? Did they spray something in the air or what? Cos it happened all at once in every place. What is due to the trails they saw on the night of the event of what?

Honestly, I can't imagine how that whole shit will be going down and Batman won't have gotten wing on it. Like the guys who were murdered and their pinkie cut off and Batman won't have started investigating? Come oh. Lol. Well, apart from the fact he was already investigating it from his own POV.

There is a reason the show is called "The Penguin" and not "The Batman and Penguin" or some shii like that. Oswald was clearly set up to be the Anti-hero which suited the show's narrative senselessly, adding "The Batman" to come do his usual shenanigans would have derailed from that. Penguin was clearly meant to be the star of this or you wanted Batman to come play second fiddle in a show set in Gotham? It would thematically wouldn't have worked... plus who would have played Batman? Robert Pattinson? It would have been contractual hell tbh.

While your surmise hold water, it still doesn't because at the end of the show, the Bat Signal was clearly seen. Like I said in the post you quoted, there's no way all those shit would have gone down in Gotham, and the Bat wouldn't have known, except, he was conducting his own investigation which will be explained in the Batman 2. 🤦

Besides if you clock the time stamp at the beginning of the movie it took months to spread before the first official day 1.

My Chief, nor be like that na. I wouldn't classify this as a spoiler or near one cos anyone who has seen the trailer knows what the trailer is about( except there are people who start watching a show without seeing the trailer).

Besides when is the right time to talk about shows airing, we can't wait for the whole season before dropping opinions and theory na. Just a thought though.

Yeah, I clocked the time stamp, it's just that the day when she took ownership of that pickup truck seemed like it was happening everywhere at once to the remaining people, hence me asking the mode of spread.
