You don't know about medicine yet you come out to open your mouth.

1.That type of C.S is called an Exploratory Laparatomy. It is different from the suprapubic or pfanesstiel scar.
In this type of surgery the woman has alot of complications and the only way to save her is to open her widely.
2. The women is generically prone to keloid.
You can still be a doctor or produce equipments in medicine.

Don't be so fast to blame the doctor. sometimes its the body type. some people will have it no matter how good the doctor is while some people are very slow to healing process which is one of the major cause of the keloid

That doctor should go and write his "Will" because I won't feel any remorse for the damage I will do to him.

They send them to school but won't study only to go and join cult and be threatening lecturers to pass them whereas they are empty upstairs, graduated and started killing people and destroying lives.

How is he a good Doctor? Google is an open search place, with all manners of junks, how does that makes him better than referring him to a specialist if he can't handle his case.

I'm not as ignorant as you thought. I will certainly have problems with my Doctor checking Google of all search engines to diagnose me. I will certainly not be returning there.
It's even worse that the doctor is doing so openly for me to notice. A lot of psychology in healing.
My advise to you when you begin your practice is that patience like us are uncomfortable with our Doctors use Google to diagnose us to our full glare

There's a lot of misinformation on the internet regarding health issues.

He needs a doctor who can confidently diagnose without google

1.Being a doctor,he knows how to filter relevant materials out of the junks than you.You and lawyer can read a constitution,but a lawyer will understand it better

2.He might be checking drug dosage which is allowed. It used to checked from a book called BNF often found on doctors desk,however,with the advent of technology,you can find it online.



A doctor that double check is a safer doctor.
There is still criteria for refering cases in medicine.

Seek knowledge before having opinions on matter!

Although we have to be realistic, people heal differently, everyone's anatomy varies from individual to individual and no two surgeries are 'the same'

A confident doctor is your worst enemy. A doctor that knows his limit and look for additional info even if he knows what's wrong with you is your best friend.

We once went on a ward round with our resident doctor. We met a new patient in the neurological ward.

He asked us to clerk the patient before he comes around. We clerked the patient and came up with a diagnosis.

He came back and performed additional physical examination, those that we students 'forgot' to carry out.

And he explained why our diagnosis is wrong even when the symptoms are very similar.

We knew the condition he talked about but we were overwhelmingly convinced that the other one is the right diagnosis.

But he explained to us convincingly why his is the right one.

We do these ward round with two residents. And both confirmed these diagnosis and entered it into the patient's record.

The next day was the consultant ward round. Since this is the teaching hospital, the consultant will almost always treat new patients before the residents.

He has the final say.

He came the next day and made a whole new diagnosis and pointed out the mistake the resident doctors made including telling them that a symptom they thought was present was not actually present.

What I'm trying to say is, 90% of the time, you'll be meeting young doctors not as experienced as the expert consultant..

You rarely meet those outside.

But even they can make mistakes. Humans are prone to mistakes and doctord are not excluded.

In fact, misdiagnosis is a real issue in the health sector such that most doctors don't even want autopsy on their patients (we've had a lengthy discussion on this as a topic in medical school).

Please no allow your ignorance kill you o. If your doctor must confirm something, allow him to confirm it.

It's better he learns more, understand the uncertainty and acknowledge them.

Than making a pronouncement so you'll feel confident. There's no going back on a doctor's mistake

Your post only confirmed my argument. I have been a victim of misdiagnosis, I'm still battling with it.
I do not have problems with Doctors seeking second opinions from Medical Sources, but Google is an open source.
