Gucciboy:One good game. Alright. Nico G isn't good. CFC, LFC and AFC are better than City. Thanks. |

Sergio Busquets, that many regard as the finest pivot for the best footballing team started out as center back. If Pep had misprofiled him, he may have become a nothing burger. Sold off for scrap. Maybe even told he couldn't compete with Gerard Pique and co. But it takes a better manager, with better talent ID to truly see the potential of a player and develop him adequately.

Yet, if another club signed Busquets for cheap and developed him into the world's best DM that he was for many years. They will later be told by people who don't even know how to read, that the manager wasn't careless with the talent. Even when that manager has now been fired by the club. Things we read here. ![]() |

Android17:Interesting take. But using your logic, should we then say Pep was careless for letting Cole Palmer leave Manchester City, considering how well he’s developed elsewhere? Please answer with yes or no ,I have a phobia of long epistles. |
| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Android17: 5:47pm On Nov 11, 2025 |
MorataFC:Pep saw Palmer in an unfavored position & used it as the pretext to sell him? You know Palmer was begging to go on loan for fear he wouldn't get many starts but Pep told him to stay and compete for Riyad's minutes? In other words, Pep wanted Palmer to stay but Palmer was afraid he wouldn't break into the team. Is that the same situation I've been presenting for Xavi & Nico G? |
| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Android17: 5:57pm On Nov 11, 2025 |
Kilishihunter:When Haaland was signed, on this thread oh, they discussed how he wasn't a Pep type player. They mocked him for missing a tap in versus Liverpool in the Community Shield. They rated Darwin Nunez better. On this thread oh. Not another one. Find out who was hyping him then and insisting the Football world committed a crime in letting that happen. Now what do you see? They are now arguing that City is Haaland FC. The other guy will start asking for his salary after every game. I'm used to this. It was the same way Rodri was the butt of every joke. Even mocked for not starting against CFC in the UCL final. Today, their analysis about City is contingent on Rodri. Again, e no be today. I know the game. They'll soon argue how Pep always signs established players. The Nico G fee will be used to defend the argument. Just wait till May 2025. Nothing is new here. Its the same cowards. Arsenal will thrash City at the Emirates. Only Liverpool and Arsenal are competing for the league this season. Remember those comments oh. They'll walk it back. Now na me dey overdo. LOL |

Bimmarlykay: android is very reliable on news concerning City and he keeps receipts of those who mocked his players/manager.Of course he's right and we both agreed that Nico left Barca to fulfil his potential elsewhere just like those before him. You can check where he asked "where do we disagree" The disagreement is the bobo juice that Nico was stolen. Very normal occurrence in football don turn steal because nah City ![]() Steal kor ![]()

Bluelines69:But why is the NFF always fond of owing salaries and match bonuses of the players? And you expect them to put in their best, as if we are not all hustling for money at the end of the day. |
| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Kilishihunter: 9:45pm On Nov 11, 2025 |
Bluelines69:Why not win the playoffs semifinals or the final sef first before driving home these demands? Maybe even during afcon. We know the NFF has always been incompetent but they even need the world cup ticket more than the fans why should they do this now after failing to top a moderate group |

AirBere:If I'm not mistaken,he said, 'basically stole from Barça due to Xavi's carelessness'. Only that Porto executed the steal. I'd add that we make blunders in almost every transfer,so it can be a steal for Porto or City(should Nico perform exceedingly). ![]() |

Bimmarlykay:Always relieving to see reasonable people that can actually read and comprehend. My point was Barca would've even sold him for more money if Xavi hadn't misprofiled him. That Nico's ceiling is higher than even I thought because I didn't know he'll pick up quickly. Even Rodri was benched by Pep in 2021 UCL final even though we signed him in 2019. |

StarchAndBanga:If you pay 50M for a player whose potential is higher than Caicedo's that player isn't a steal? Who is going to sell a potential Sergio Busquets for 50M in this day & age? |

MorataFC:He will not answer this one he will turn amala as usual He thinks he can make Barca fans feel bad about Nico Gonzalez We can also say pep was careless for letting Eric Garcia leave mancity since he has been very good for Barca towards the end of last season and easily our best defender this season ![]() |

Android17:Oscar Bobb's ceiling is higher than Cole Palmer ![]() Nico Gonzalez potential is higher than Caicedo ![]() My question was not to you.. You are renowned for cooking up imaginary narratives in ur head and beating around the bush with long epistles trying to justify the imaginary narrative u cook up I was talking to the guy below, he said everyone else was just replying to argue. Since he is not replying to argue, he should tell us in his own opinion how Nico Gonzalez was stolen from Barca by Man City.. Bimmarlykay: |
