I don't understand what RFEF is exactly angry about. Is it because their guniea pig, Lamine Yamal, whom they can give pain relief to play useless matches, is not available for them to experiment with?

Barcelona have learned in a hard way that they have to protect their player. Nobody in the Spanish National Team is going to do that for them. Now, they're angry because they know that Barcelona know what they're doing. And it is checkmate.

Since Aitor Karanka got into that position in RFEF, Barcelona players have been their target for abuse. Dani Olmo, Ferran Torres and Lamine Yamal have been their latest plaything.

Yup it's all those non European leagues that have the craziest goals. I've seen other spectacular ones but that overhead kick stands clear, fifa didn't even do yamal justice with this nomination cause he surely scored better goals than this last season, the one against benfica round of 16 at montjuic and the solo finish against inter in the UCL semis, the later won UCL goal of the season so I don't know why it wasn't his first choice nomination

Yeah I didn't follow the super eagles game. Only saw the news on twitter. Not really bothered about them since I never supported them in World Cup. They have never crossed the round of 16 in the World Cup finals. So, I prefer to support Argentina and my adopted country, Spain At least these ones have hope of lifting the trophy.

I happy say I no too put mind for the match. I always knew those wereys will always disappoint.

I just watched around 55mins in 2nd half to like 85mins and gave up. The nonsense I was seeing I knew they wouldn't qualify.

I wake up this morning begin dey see lamentations with a penalty shootout. Saw highlights on TV and the performance was even more atrocious.

If I no see them for any major tournaments officially, I no dey waste my time watch any of their useless matches.

Y'all remember that the actual capacity presently is 60k..... But the stadium is being opened for use in batches and waiting for when it's safe to use the full capacity and get approvals from Barcelona city council.

Hopefully by January-February we should be at 60k.
Hoping this is the beginning of good tidings for the club.

We might even get permission for 60k before the end of the year sef. We need that mulla!!

Yeah, even before renovation, I think it was still the largest in Europe with 99k capacity. When all is said and done, it'll be 105k making it by far the largest in Europe in terms of seats.

For now, it's 45k, then before the year runs out 60k then after every every, nah 105k.

Even me wey no near Spain at all know say the tickets go cost like mad..... Wetin make Una think say Laporta and co been dey find way rush rush patch stadium make we quick enter even when preparatory work never finish.

They already see it as a huge financial boost.

When I was doing research about the expected income we'll earn from the New Camp Nou after completion, it was estimated on average €272mn per season and €372mn in the most optimistic projections. This is just money earned from the stadium and associated hospitality (hotels & museum) alone. Not shirts sales or sponsorship revenue.

Which means Barca will be swimming in premium money from 2028. 😎

In comparison, before Barca started renovations, we were getting close to €100mn per season on the Camp Nou. And that time we dey get revenue of almost €1bn per season. Come imagine what our revenue will be when we're making almost 3 times the revenue on the same stadium (and this is the minimum projection).

That's why I dey laugh when some peeps dey say we still in massive debt due to the loan we obtained for the construction. The project already pays for itself.

Na EPL clubs I dey pity that period when it comes, cos na there we go too farm players. I wan remind them how they used to call us Brokelona some years back. Barca will be swimming in too much money by 2030 e go be like oil money thanks to the completion of the Espai Barca project.

We'd easily be able to bankroll transfer fees that EPL clubs like Liverpool and City are currently spending.
