Instead, he was foolishly saying "the papers are complete and valid. I cannot allow you to access the land".

Haba, you are telling. Minister of FCT that the papers are valid. Was the officer there when the land was purchased? He didn't even have a photocopy of the title with him for clarification.

I don't think you watched the video carefully and listened to their conversation and arguments,if you do you won't be asking . They just barged in the site ,if wike had invited ,he would have said so ,even if they invited the man and he didn't oblige,and there was cameras all over they should have said so.
