WHY I TOOK THIS BUY TRADE ON BTC/USD

Price had been consolidating for hours, forming equal lows and building liquidity below. Once that liquidity was taken out, I waited for a strong bullish reaction from the demand zone — clear shift in structure on the lower timeframe confirmed buyers stepping in.

Entry was placed after confirmation of momentum returning to the upside, targeting the next zone of liquidity above.

BTCUSD — Sharp Breakdown After Liquidity Trap

BTC just printed a major bearish displacement on the 15-minute chart, signaling a possible shift in short-term market structure.

After multiple failed attempts to push above 106.5k, price created equal highs, inviting retail buyers in — then institutions reversed sharply, sweeping liquidity and driving price down over 1,500 points in minutes.

This move confirms two key things:

1. Liquidity above 106.5k was engineered for distribution.


2. Momentum now favors the downside, likely seeking the next demand zone around 104.5k–103.8k.

This GBPJPY move was all about patience and precision. Price had been building momentum within a tight range before breaking structure to the upside — a clear sign of bullish strength. I waited for a clean retracement back into the previous area of demand, where buyers had shown strong interest before.

When price revisited that level, the reaction was decisive — confirmation that buyers were still in control. I executed my buy, not out of impulse, but from structure and confluence. The result was a smooth rally to the upside with controlled risk and clear reasoning behind every step.

I entered GBPJPY buys after price returned to the demand zone around 203.00 – 202.80, a level where buyers had previously shown strong commitment. When price tapped back into this area, it formed a clear bullish rejection and shifted momentum upward.

My entry was placed once price reclaimed 203.60, confirming buyer presence and continuation intent. The higher-timeframe structure was still bullish, so the reaction aligned perfectly with the broader trend.

Stop-loss was positioned below 202.40 to protect the setup, and price accelerated upward shortly after, validating the idea.

A clean reaction from a value zone—no rushing, no chasing. Just letting the market come to me.
