It seems you don't know military at all. Orders are followed according to hierarchy. You have said what I wanted to hear from you, Wike should have contacted his superiors or better still the president. It's only the president that has right to order military personnel around and not someone like Wike

A sensible minister would have called the CNS or even the CinC.
The military operates by doctrine and the minister is not on the chain of command.

One fact I've come to realize in recent times is that if those people from that "circle" support you under any guise, failure is not far from you.
