I think it’s September orders that had an issue. People who ordered October had no issues getting their items with Malaysia Post

Order placed October 11, didn't get to Malaysia Post till October 21, shipped out same day, reached Lagos November 10.

So truly may be August/September orders that had issues.

Was told the same thing when I contacted them. Pretty sure they already delivered to Nigeria, the problem seems to be the entity responsible for facilitating transport between the airport and the recipient. I may be wrong but I doubt NIPOST has received them yet

If you don't make moves to get your package, its like they deliberately want it to seem like it can't be found so you'll forget it. I had to go to their office at Ikota to enquire. They checked their records and told me to come back after 3 days, that they were going to bring it from the airport to their office there at Ikota. So apparently my package had been shipped to Nigeria 1 week after i ordered, and tracking was showing at arrived at linehaul (which I've discovered to mean its at IMPC, at MMA airport Ikeja for 2 months.. Another person then called me from VI that they had my package, I didn't wait for it to come to Ikota, I went to pick it from VI jeje.
If your tracking is showing arrived at linehaul, walai its in Nigeria, its NIPOST that's trying to play you

The only reason I even created an account here was because I had the issue and I searched the Internet and it was ideas from here that inspired me and helped me solve the problem.. so I decided to help out and return the favour by creating an account and posting it. If you decide to take action or not,. its not my package that is hanging.
