If he is asked to shoot anyone and he does so, then there is something seriously wrong with the Nigerians military system. To ask a soldier shoot anyone who posses to danger and threat to anyone is an illegal order. And a soldier must be able to understand when an order is legitimate or illegal.

Now you as a civilian attempting to justify a system that an ask a soldier to shoot at unarmed defenseless civilians who pose zero threat whatsoever, has a very big problem and a lot to learn

As much as people may not like Wike, it is very irresponsible to be talking to a minister like that. Hw can a ministry or an agency of govt be on enforcement and then u say u follow orders.. however, where wike is to be blamed is his slowness to call d CNS Or CDS to order his boys out. Altogether. There's a Land here almost opposite Mercy Land owned by the NAPL. The governor has no control over that land because the Land use act excludes control over Federal Lands.

If the land belongs to the military, then the land is a federal government entity, of which the Land Use Act clearly states that governors have no control over federal lands.

The president can only dismiss those he appointed like service chiefs at will.
