What device are you talking about? Battery abi inverter and battery and charger, the amount of power you want to store and use will determine the cost

Test results of my newly built 3s pack, consisting of 351 cells, majority of them were extracted from dead laptop battery while about 130 of the cells are good cells I got from tetralogyfallot.

End result of the discharge test is 2.5kwh.

Not bad but bro, hope you are aware that the LG cells are 3.2ah while most laptop extracted cells are 2.5ah on average? Am just concerned about the combination.

yeah I'm aware of the LG capacity, once did something similar and they working perfectly fine till date.
A combination of 3.2a and 2.6a LG cells.
While this very one is a combination of 3.2a, 2.5 and 2A.

288 cells, 12v system.

Not bad but you need to know the voltage of each cell. Since you didn't have the right devices to work this process effectively, disconnect all negative terminals and observe again for self discharged cells after some days. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Without needed patience your build will turn bad.

I waited for more than 3 weeks in my case just to be sure of things.

Who dey build lithium ion pack no dey hurry o.

Also kindly state if the cells are naked or protected and whatever they coming with OR if they just naked unProtected cells

BUT
When you Buy, someOne else decides what's it contains + quality.

Just like in House Building, you often hear it's better you MOULD your own BLOCK and there's a reason for that - you decides quality (how strong or weak) of the blocks.

BUT if you not knowledgeAble enough, you better employ services of those in it and only monitor them.

Just like in the house Building example I gave, you could spend more just to Mould your own Blocks BUT if you don't supervise it, you could end up with blocks worse than if you had just bought a readyMade Vibrated blocks because Boys go run you street. Take it from someone with bitter experience when I just got started in realEstate. You must supervise everything else...
