You should be ashamed of yourself considering with what the DSS has been reduced to . There are lots of bandits parading, threatening the country, and doing show offs of arms on Tiktok yet the DSS has never procesecute even one.
The guy can win the case in court if he has a good lawyer bcs there's nowhere in the constitution that forbid his speech, and going forward he is a freeman if he's not among the coup plotters.
If the DSS could chanel the same energy towards bandits in gathering intelligence Nigeria won't become a failed state.

The Constitution didn't even say anything about how a person's online comments can translate to a crime. The constitution was written decades ago, way before many Nigerian youths found their voices online.

Free the guy abeg, let him defend himself in court. Freedom of speech and expression can't be taken away from anyone without due diligence.

Just look at the highly inciting and IRRESPONSIBLE X post this 27-year-old boy (who was only born in 1998) made.

These are the kinds of young people who don't want to learn and realize (despite monumental archival evidence) that military dictatorship is one of the WORSE things that can ever happen to any country in terms of freedom and massive human rights violations.

That highly corrupt military dictator Sani Abacha looted a whopping over 4 billion USD of Nigeria's money in the late 1990s via the CBN into his offshore bank accounts in what is now famously known internationally as the "Abacha LOOT."
