The right question you should ask is do we really want our border to be guided across the North sides., ..in south all border are monitored and guided but up in the north is a free way for anything that wish to come in and out...if government choose to guide it,is the same people up north that will cry of restrictions,some will even protest that they are trying to reduce their relationship with their cousins and nephew...thing that work in south hardly work in North just because of people mindset...
