You are very funny. There is tendency that I am order than you and guess what? I am still single with no girlfriend, no child. Each time I ask a lady hand in relationship I always back out immediately she says yes.

I’m not a doctor, I’m just going through the same thing as you. Sit in the morning sun for 30 minutes and another 10 minutes during the noon hours and your vitamin D levels will increase. Also if your struggling to eat foods rich in iron like meats, eggs, vegetables and beans then get iron supplements from the pharmacy. Your lifestyle is making you sick!

Everyone is sick in this country especially as it is now.
