Good AI :

I know because my brother married Igbo
My sister children 2 married Igbo
Here you are saying we were taught to hate Igbo from childhood. Your household/village is not a reflection of Yoruba/Igbo relationship.
Did I talk about marriage?!
You can actually hate your spouse's tribe
I know Yoruba men married to Igbo women who are Igbophobia as they can be
The Internet is your friend

Igbos are great people...I love them. Just a little less chest-beating will make them more loved (Chinua Achebe).
That is there primary fault. The second is looking down on others by some.

You see ANAMBRA people tearing down Abia here.

You rarely see two rich people from different tribes hate each other.
It's always the poverty stricken ones wey their life don bend finish using tribalism to cover up for their failure in life.

The truth about life is that nothing is synonymous to a particular and peculiar to a group of people even though terrorism is synonymous to one... But anything you do is absolutely base on your personality.
I totally disagree with you. The greatest influence on the mind is the environment. If you live in an environment filled with h*a*t*e and bitterness, there is a high tendency that all the person will know is vile and wi*ck*ed*nes*s.

I am not here to just any tribe o, cos all tribes have bad people and good people. But you see igb0, some of their culture is laced with wickedness. The OSU thing, na them, women doesn't really have a voice over there, women are treated as inferior to men. I have never come online to see people of kano state talking bad about people of Kaduna state, or people of ondo state insulting people of Ogun state. But I see igbo, you will see them castigating and fighting without themselves online. Anambra people act like they are the best Igbos, All other igbo look down of Ebonyi state people. There is a place called Mbise, they are hated by most igbos. And so o and so forth.

Agreed, there are many wicked Igbos like any other ethnic national. However, the generalization or feminization of a tribal group is totally uncalled for.
Shooooo, this coming from Racoon the ancestor of the great grandfather of the grandfather of the father of bigotry.

So one-man story is now evident of anything?
Complete crap.
I was once in Alabama many many years ago and d I had a car malfunction. This white guy was just too nice. He went out of his way to assist and made sure that I was able to continue my journey to Atlanta.
Does that mean that the vast majority of whites from Alabama are not racist?
Nope. Just an outlier in sampling.
Another true story. When I first started in IT back in the days, my black co workers were not willing to show me anything. A white guy with confederate license plate was my life saver. But reality is that most of the whites with confederate flags are pure racist and sees nothing wrong with slavery.

There are nice Igbos, my in law is one of them, but most are tribalistic and some have admitted to that fact using the war and other events for why they are that way.
It's okay if they feel that way after the war. The war is a regrettable events that shd not have happened.

Yes, the war was part of what turned them to what the are today but were they so much better than this before the war?

They have always corverted anything the Yoruba has. That is why zit wanted to become the senate house leader in Lagos.

It's today I conclude that Nairaland is actually an enabler of tribalism. See the 2 comments in the picture attached. Same comment by two different people but one was left to fly while the other one was banned by the bot. Oga Seun, look into this as this shouldn't make you proud. It means the bot is programmed to ban one tribes comment against another with thesame level of aura.
It has been going on for a while now.

NAIRALAND IS A DEAD FORUM!

I doubt if you have ever been out of your village if you believe that yorubas are thought to have Igbos from childhood
I ve bn n it is true, I was in a Southwesterner state for a brief moment n I heard a Yoruba saying derogatory words about d Igbo, in broken English, about Igbos being people who wake their fathers up from sleep by kicking them, n I m like where did this person get this information from? I later found out that it is what they r told from home by their parents

I agree with your position until the final submission. If any tribe is overtly trabalistic, it's the Yorubas. I wouldn't want to delve more into this, but this is a known fact.

If Yorubas are so tribalistic, there won't be Igbos all over Yoruba land. Your submission is illogical. People don't move in large numbers an thrive in hostile environments.
Look around the world, people move to environments that are friendly and accommodating. Logic tells you that.
