Wike is wrong for confronting the officer and using thise foul languages but the officer is also wrong for not obeying civilian authority.
Wike is the head of civil authority in Abuja.
Forget sentimental reasons or the fact that some hate Wike for other reasons but a disciplined military always let their officers know that civil authority is paramount.
Why is the officer guarding landed property? Is that part of his official duty?
His also claiming to know more about the land than the executive authority of Abuja.

Even in civilian establishments, even in one man business and even in domestic settings, you have no right to assault your staff, subordinates , spouse, children or aides in the manner Wike did to that officer.

If you do, the abused in question has every right to sue you for assault to claim damages.

In civilized climes, the prosecution would make sure they squeeze every Kobo out of you as approved by the law.

The highest state authority is the C in C who incidentally relying on his wisdom has vested wike with the responsibility of representing him in the FTC as his minister.
