LagosOrigin:Is Wike working for the Military Generals. It's just that we as Nigerians are mostly blind to constructive criticism, General Irabor mentioned and recognized that Wike is in charge of Land matters, so when the person who is in charge comes to check the land he is in charge of, a uniform will then be used to illegally stopped his constitutional work? |

Hmmmm, I hope to see a day a Nigerian president will declare that there should not be a single soldier outside military formations carrying out any activities except called upon by the Police through the IGP. The issue we have here is because it's Wike that is know to be arrogant and uncouth. Ideally, the soldiers are meant to obey the ministers order as long as it's not within a military formation. What I know to be obeying the last order is that the order must be legal. Is disobeying a minister, commissioner or governor a legal order? For me, the Ans is NO. If it were a governor or ex governor or senator that owns the property, would his PA have prevented the minister? If it happens, would we have held the same stance that he should have called the governor or senator? Kindly note that the property isn't a military property but an individual property. I think the president should sack Wike or reassign him to another ministry, he is too uncouth dealing with contrary opinions, and overly corrupt |

Wike didn't choose his battle wisely. He should have focused on intimidating the weaker southerners. He took his battles to the acclaimed owners Nigeria. |

Military, DSS and police are not under anybody except the president. That's why state Govs calling for state police, because they don't have control over commissioner of police |

But the question is, the uniform man, what is he protecting? Who owns the property? Then oga Wike on whose interest is he on the property? Personal or FCT interest? |

Tinubu as a wise man without military background will take sides with the kacki boys because allege coup matter never rest, Wike wan cause problem. Wike should be packing his bags because Tinubu has had enough of his showboating and right now, Tinubu will be getting advise on how to dump him. |

Wike is still grandstanding and calling Generals and Admirals "former this and former that" in a condescending manner. He has no one to advise him. The current service chiefs will still pay compliments and salute their precedessors who Wike seek to disparage. He has been in elective and appointed positions all his life, so he thinks being a retired General or Vice Admiral is same thing as seeing out your tenure as a governor or minister. |

It is now official that all military coup and abused in Nigeria has the blessing of Thier unpatriotic, archaic bosses who have all been overtaken by time. The uniform, whether police , FRSC, NSCDC, Customs, Military represents state authority within the limit and scope of your authority. And no authority gives the military to weigh in over civil matter or act as guard over private property or obstruct constituted civil authority. The military is not law enforcement agency and any usurpation of civil authority should be sanctioned by this archaic military generals who are ignorant of the law Again, why are the laziest military in the world , the ones always obstructing civilian authority? These people have been battling Boko haram for nearly 20 years and are beating their chest over obstructing a minister carrying out his constitutional function? What a shame!!!! |

The main problem here is that Wike is the one involved. He has many enemies waiting for him to make any mistake. How can someone explain the excitement some people have that a junior officer humiliated him. |
