In a dramatic shift of tune over an ugly theatrics that unfolded by the FCT minister and a young officer Yerima, the FCT minister considered by many as megalomaniac as well who sees himself as a demigod makes a U-Turn after the face off with a military officer Yerima over a land dispute that belongs to a former Chief of Naval staff in Abuja with the altercation leading to the minister who is considered to be power drunk calling the young officer a fool. His insensitive and inordinate choice of words was laced with public anger and condemnation as many sees it as condescending as well unlike of a public servant. Equally, after Wike received a strong backlash and reprehensive condemnation by the general public and many top serving and retired military personnel as well as notable national stakeholders, in a move many considered is an attempt to safe his face as well be defensive and dismissive after he was seriously nuked with different artilleries by the public he argued that in the context of the heated argument and tensed tension he never meant the officer is a fool because he knows the rule of law and has respect for both serving and retired officers for their honest sacrifice in defending the country through internal and external aggression. Despite his appraisal and regrettable turned arbitrarily, the general public through the cyber space didn't see it as honest speech tailored to be genuine because many make mockery of him. The embattled minister even confessed that the general public, media and the cyber space is not friendly to him but he doesn't care because he was only doing the right thing to proof nobody is above the law no matter your present or past held position.

He should also wear a human face and understand leadership is about understanding the plight of the masses and trying to make their lives easier. If you must demolish a property, atleast pay a reasonable amount in settlement and compensation.
Wike has been forming hard man, this is an opportunity to change his ways.
