Knowledge and talent without moral and discipline are a threat to humanity. His past is haunting him. Interestingly, those Gen Z ladies who dance half-naked on social media don't want to learn from people like this
There was profound knowledge, or special talent.

There was just LUCK

Is he a genius though, I mean being a co founder of paystack doesn't mean he's mark Zuckerberg.

Nothing serious about his posts?

Touching a colleague inappropriately? Sleeping with a minor?

Sure there's nothing serious about these posts?

Did you read the article at all?
Young man, the point he is making is that the board ought to have been aware of these tweets before now since they have been in the public domain for over 10 years. It's a matter of basic due diligence.

supporting a post about unproven sexcual misconduct against subordinate with sexual jokes tweet is cruel you know. They want to hijack the organisation or dump him from the ship.

Seems like we refer to everyone who has money as “geniuses.”

Was Paystack the first payment platform?

So growing up in our country makes him a genius? If your analogy is true then most of us who develop softwares in Nigeria but don't have funding are geniuses as well, does growing up in Nigeria make you a genius.

Now, listen, since the article does not suggest he was suspended just for his tweets, I really do not understand your intervention here.

Gerrard59 previously said on this site that the LEFT consumes itself; since then, that assertion has proven to be correct in numerous occasions. It's like magic.

One thing I believe is that every man or woman, whether in Nairaland or elsewhere, who aligns themselves to the left would get bitten by the same. They're constantly anti-Christian. Anti-normal society. anti-nuclear family. Anything that destroys family structures will be found there. They're also on this forum. It's only a question of time. Everything will end this way.

Why are you so hard of hearing? The point you responded to simply states that he ought to have been suspended sooner over his tweets. That the board is just suspending him now over the episode as a whole, shows laxity on their part, because the tweets alone were already worthy of disciplinary action. So it's either they knew and didn't act which makes them negligent, or they didn't know at all, which still makes them negligent. Please do your best to digest this. You claim to be old...behave like it.

Is sexual misconduct not a serious enough allegation in your book?

Paystack, the Stripe-owned Nigerian payments startup, has suspended its co-founder and chief technology officer, Ezra Olubi, for alleged sexual misconduct involving a subordinate.
Or, is it that you are simply incapable of processing the information you read?

Toddler, let me put it this way for you:

Paystack is a Nigerian financial technology (fintech) company that provides online and offline payment solutions to businesses across Africa. Founded in 2015 by Nigerian computer science graduates Shola Akinlade and Ezra Olubi
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paystack

Claims about Olubi staff relationships
Obae described control tactics, long-term coldness, and mean behaviour in the home.

She says these patterns harmed her and others close to Olubi.

Obae said she first raised concerns about staff ties during the relationship. She says those concerns were largely ignored by people around Olubi.

I am even surprised how I have not been consumed by it (I was a self-styled feminist during my early days on NL). I think it is upbringing and a discerning attitude, plus self-criticism. I am open to criticism and take full responsibility for my actions. I respect numbers and understand basic biology and economics. The bold are attributes that the so-called lovey-dovey folks don't adhere to. They are not open to criticism. They believe their way or the highway. They disregard basic biological and economic facts. As hypocrites, they claim to support humans' right to choose, but oppose the choices when they are not in their favour.

They are dishonest, goal shifters and hypocrites. They believe na dem holy pass. I dislike dishonest people. I decided to opt out when they maligned Trump during his ascendancy to the White House in his first tenure. Most striking was their opposition to basic economic facts that the gender pay gap does not exist. I was stunned because basic biology, human evolution and economics support the basis for men to earn on average than women. So, why should supposedly learned people oppose such facts?

Oh! They support open borders but would never want to live with Fulani herdsmen/terrorists. They love freebies, but not with their money. They believe they are perfect, whereas humans are fallible. And oh! They never accept that they are wrong.

I forgot sef, they support debauchery but are against the ills it brings to the society. They never accept that certain practices, when prevalent in society do more harm than good. Another one, they believe women are perfect beings, and all men are bad.

Ntor to them!

You are the one behaving like a toddler. Obviously, substitute 2013 with 2015 and answer the question. Should he not have been disqualified as CEO right from the start given his history before then?

It is okay. Your repeated questions on this thread suggest you have no idea how things work in the world of work.

He should have been disqualified as a CEO from the start, bah? By who exactly? What's the meaning of CEO/Co-Founder in your book, SmartyPants?
