It is okay. Your repeated questions on this thread suggest you have no idea how things work in the world of work.

He should have been disqualified as a CEO from the start, bah? By who exactly? What's the meaning of CEO/Co-Founder in your book, SmartyPants?
By his co-founder and early major investors obviously. If they were sensible he would have been asked to take the CTO position and stay out of the limelight. Eventually, you will see that he will be asked to step down and this should have been done sooner. Period.

The board didn't even exist then.

Paystack was only founded in 2015 or so.

If you're a Nigerian involved in collaborative endeavours with none-Nigerian Africans, South Asian and to a lesser extent with Europeans , watch your back. Also if you're politically active on the side of the left against prominent Western right wing figures, watch your computer and own no porn, or even simple racy materials or you're in grave danger. Even your own family photos on the beach or swimming pools, get rid of them.

You are very daft to ask what a minor is doing in a Fintech company. Go to China and see what teens are doing in the tech world, Fintech inclusive.

Such a backward mentality of yours
He asked a very very valid question....do minors now work in companies?? Are they allowed to do so?? U can't even operate a bank account as a minor ... so how come there are minors in the company??

I am even surprised how I have not been consumed by it (I was a self-styled feminist during my early days on NL). I think it is upbringing and a discerning attitude, plus self-criticism. I am open to criticism and take full responsibility for my actions. I respect numbers and understand basic biology and economics. The bold are attributes that the so-called lovey-dovey folks don't adhere to. They are not open to criticism. They believe their way or the highway. They disregard basic biological and economic facts. As hypocrites, they claim to support humans' right to choose, but oppose the choices when they are not in their favour.

They are dishonest, goal shifters and hypocrites. They believe na dem holy pass. I dislike dishonest people. I decided to opt out when they maligned Trump during his ascendancy to the White House in his first tenure. Most striking was their opposition to basic economic facts that the gender pay gap does not exist. I was stunned because basic biology, human evolution and economics support the basis for men to earn on average than women. So, why should supposedly learned people oppose such facts?

Oh! They support open borders but would never want to live with Fulani herdsmen/terrorists. They love freebies, but not with their money. They believe they are perfect, whereas humans are fallible. And oh! They never accept that they are wrong.

I forgot sef, they support debauchery but are against the ills it brings to the society. They never accept that certain practices, when prevalent in society do more harm than good. Another one, they believe women are perfect beings, and all men are bad.

What nonsense is this. Of cuz Ezra is a weird nerd, but then who defines normal? Ain’t we all strange in some way.

What he posted over 10 years ago before he even founded the company, of course we have all been young and dumb.

I feel some person see this as their opportunity for a power grab at his company. This is just ridiculous.

If the tweet were before the company so what exactly are they investigating? undecided

You didn't get consumed by it since you left before the consequences arose. The most important thing here is that you selected the right path once things became evident to you and you had evidence.

I believe that many leftists stick to their guns because even when they found out the truth. Admitting the truth would cost them the benefits they receive and the individuals they support.

Being a leftist means Anti-men as well, which is an integral part of the F movement. So that one too.

thank you for these comments. And some people were even liking the comment. There's so much perversion in our world.
It's this attitude of seeing depravity as normal that gets some of them in trouble when they travel to places where there are serious consequences for engaging sexually with minors .

That is where self-criticism and principles come in. I hate dishonesty. The ability to accept criticism and full responsibility. These people lack it.

I believe that many leftists stick to their guns because even when they found out the truth. Admitting the truth would cost them the benefits they receive and the individuals they support.
This is a strong point. From what I observed before COVID was to earn money independently and outside public control/influence. For instance, this means don't sell directly to consumers because they initiate their cancel culture towards the company. That was one of the major reasons many couldn't call out their excesses or ideologies. Also, it formed my outlook towards living in a place where woke culture does not move a needle. They cannot dictate to a company in China to sack an employee, but they can do so in Canada. Many people hid their workplaces so they don't get called out for expressing their opinion. That is my greatest grievance with these lots - they are against people expressing their opinions. They don't like to be questioned.

Here: https://www.nairaland.com/5833204/being-black-berlin-germany By DanielHouston, he started well by narrating his experiences as a Black man in Germany, but along the line, he believed his opinions are supreme and attacked others' opinions even though they reside in the same country. He wanted everyone to toe his line, but I protested that you cannot tell commentators to avoid your thread when it is not in the Diary Section. People have the right to air their opinions even if you don't like them. He refused and requested the thread be deleted! Can you imagine their reasoning? They are worse than those they criticise. They are hypocrites!

Additionally, it is good to be financially independent outside the system to fight these people. This is where I praise Elon Musk and thank God for Donald Trump's re-election. As we rightfully predicted, the winner would determine the world's cultural outlook for the next four years. So far, the world has been healing. I hope JD Vance contests when it is time, and wins too.

Being a leftist means Anti-men as well, which is an integral part of the F movement. So that one too.
This is true too. To be a feminist means to hate men. We have them on this forum. They abhor men and believe every man is evil (excluding their fathers, brothers and sons o). The belief system is: all men are bad. All women are good. Women can never be wrong. C'mon! That is a lopsided belief system. I read their posts when they realise a woman can be evil and smile. So, you mean a woman can do no wrong? huh shocked

On Twitter, some even throw their sons and fathers in the gutter to join the bandwagon. What I see in the future is how their daughters will be brainwashed to hate men and their daughters' inability to get/stay married or form healthy relationships. Already, they are complaining about the scarcity of husbands in Atlanta, where they are probably more homo men than straight men. Meanwhile, the same women are the biggest supporters of homosexual men, aka, Ndi James Brown and Bobrisky.

The ntoor in the next ten years would be televised! grin
