love this... Abuja should start their own and ensure that if you are not a gwari or Hausa north Central you don't get that certificate and work in any government agency in Abuja

River State should start RivCard indigenous certificate and ensure that if you aren't Rivers indigenes and if you don't bear Ijaw, Kalabari, Ikwerre and Rivers Igbo name you don't work in any company in Rivers State be it government sector, oil company etc

And I know you can't bear Femi, Yemi , Akin, Ojo and be an indigenous people of Rivers State ... And this is a good way so the people of Rivers State can actually control their destinies and bring chevron offices back to PH and also oil companies that have offices in Lagos
