Exactly. Some shits dey xup for my family base on second wife tinz but I just keep calm dey watch, no child, no court marriage.
So I dey wait make uncles stand up tomorrow even though we don put everyone for their place, to communicate with us now sef Na fear, and the so called wife don see film few times, so e dey always avoid us.
What I will say is, train your child to be brave enough to confront you, when external force rise us tomorrow, dey no go fear.
My dad trained us that way and we are glad he did, and we dey use the training now for him and others

YES that training is very important..... it's a shame these kids are young.... because assume they old like in 30s the uncle won't try such rubbish.

A good lawyer would suffice the individual stated the youngest is 16yrs so I assume at least one of them is an adult unless the father explicitly had a will giving the property to his brother, if he died Intestate the next of kin by Nigerian law would inherit his property which in this case has the children ahead of any siblings or family.

Only an explicit will by the father passing his property to his brother can allow the uncle to take ownership of the property.
