tey try to be reading details, guy is a fraudster, got excuse duty on account of being unfit to do some works for his primary employer, while using the same free period to do the same jobs for other hospitals, his hosp had to pay other locum doctors to cover his absence thinking he was unfit but was in other hosps doing the same job for them. The worst part was that apart from being relieved of his jobs and granted time off, and payin other doctors to cover for him, he was being paid FULL salary
These are the people painting Nigeria and Nigerians bad eggs abroad

....and in Nigeria, we still have ghost workers and people receiving pension 10 years after they died.

All that NIN and biometrics brouhaha have not solved any fraud and identity related crimes.

In UK ordinary working nights while on sick leave and they nab you.

This is the mentality that keeps Nigeria backwards.

The time he spent working in the other places was the same time he should have spent at his primary place of employment.

He claimed he couldn't work those times on health grounds. So, the hospital got someone else and paid them extra to do this guy's job.

I hope it's well understood now.

If you say you're sick, you should be at home resting or in the hospital recovering. If you're found anywhere else, you're a FRAUD.

If he weren't caught in the criminal act, he would have claimed to be one of the best hustlers that Nigeria has ever produced.

Very Good,. Be real. It is foolishness but In my Country Nigeria, we call this act smartness.

What of his family ? Were they aware of this? Was he in some kind of debt that forced him to work in more than two places? Can one even call this side hustle? As someone said earlier, in Nigeria, we have doctors that work in government hospitals and run private clinics. But this is different since it was the same board/trustee he was under the employ of. And this was done in his late 50s

He was on sick leave and getting paid by the organization he lied to that he was sick. Just imagine you paying your security guard when he lied to you that he is sick, hoping he will get better and return to work only to find out he's doing same security jobs for three other employers. You will feel defrauded. That's same case here.

He went afarming..na normal practice for naija but the youkay get as e be..many things fit hook guyman for jugular from ur patients to ur nurses to your Cs or Es to ur locum to oaga tax collector..to ur clinical skills and knowledge.
