The presence of INEC is not a requirement. All that was needed was for proper notice to be given to INEC. That has been done. If Amupitan's INEC couldn't make it, perhaps due to lack of transport, it is not on the party. Having said that, we have it on good authority that INEC is present at the convention.
Go carry your lawyer wig and gown, then meet INCE for Court

But PDP Nairaland chapter said INEC monitored it.

PDP did this convention just to seek public sympathy but they will fail.

PDP will not have a candidate come 2027. Members will use many litigation and pull the party down.

Moreover, there is an existing court order obtained years back by wike restraining the PDP from exoelling wike.

This order not vacated neither was there any appeal.

Wike and his faction will Bury PdP

How was INEC given notice please? Because any correspondence with INEC must be signed by Chairman and Secretary and Anyanwu denied every signing the letter that his signature was forged.

The court is not a place for emotions. I only pity Governor Adeleke.
Anyanwu was duely suspended and inec was in the know.

Inec was duely notify

And ibadan court has similar jurisdiction with Abuja court

And in this case ibadan court has far better jurisdiction being that it's where convention will hold

Are you not meant to be less interested in what is happening in PDP?

Sule lamido got judgement that the convention must not hold bcoz he was excluded from contesting. He served INEC, PDP hasn't appeal against the judgement and you want Amupitan boys to board flight of #180,000 one way each to Ibadan to waste money and time.

In the eyes of the Law, those delegates gathered in Ibadan probably bcoz they've not seen one another for awhile.
