I have watched lots of asian cuisines to know that they cook diff parts of pork diff ways.
Also, your body actually need the oil. Oil is fuel. The body need fuel from oil more than fuel from carbohydrate. Research okinawa people in Japan.
Their number one meat is pork and they have the highest number of older people more than100 years in this world.
Yes,we were highly misled that oil is not good for us when what we should watch out for is our carbohydrate consumption.

We are too poor that we can hardly cook and eat meat separately in nigeria. We do not even have mo ey to buy lots of meat.
Pork belle when fried,produces more oil that is used for cooking. Because our main food is either stew or soup, pork belly will not go well with that.
Other parts of pork can be used.

I decided to cut it out mainly because I was trying to control my weight, reduce fatty foods, and choose lighter protein options.
