Labour is rewarded in those countries. He should mind his business. At the end of the day, a fraction of the money earned is sent back home. Nigeria benefits and the government didn't need to provide for one individual. It's not like the government ever favoured the average citizen to begin with. |

Cromagnon:The cycle will end when genuine love enters the mix (both home and abroad). As long as we don't love ourselves as blacks, people will continue to seek opportunities where they can find it. The quest for a better life is a quest for God's love. |

Validated: hegelian: hegelian: VeeVeeMyLuv:Many of you are equally guilty of these behaviour too, it is usually depends on who is on seat of power in Aso Rock. When Jonathan was the president, we knew the regions that defended him with their resources. When Buhari was there, we knew the regions that defended him with everything they had. Why are you commenting like this is new now that Tinubu is there? May be it is time to do some introspection guys |

Throwback:And they work their asses off without breaks until they become old and weak and become useless to the same system that enslaved them for so long (all in the name of securing better future for their kids). The kids that won't even remember them tomorrow, going by the kind of system they're operating in the West. Well of course, we have seen some of them returning back to Nigeria to die within few years. All the time they were supposed to enjoy life, they spent it working three jobs with few hours of sleep |

maasoap:Kontinu You think you are doing me? You are doing yourself. I as a patriotic citizen have played my part by calling out what is bad, what is wrong, what's abnormal It is now left for people with the real power, influence, the policy makers, to do the right thing |
| Re: JAPA: Scott Bolshevik Mocks Nigerians by VeeVeeMyLuv(f): 10:00am On Nov 16, 2025 |
maasoap:At least there are places there to work your arses off without knowing anyone at all, without going into vicious crimes and terrorism to survive like they do here in Nigeria. In Nigeria where you wan see job to work your arse off and be paid per hour wage? Now in Nigeria, even cleaning job and other menial jobs you are required to kneel down and beg for those jobs. Kiss the floor the employer walks on. They will be asking you who is your Godfather for cleaning job o! Not to talk of the white collar jobs, those one the president has to be your uncle to land those jobs. |

The Very Professionals you are referring to are professionals of the 1970s to 1980s If you've left Nigeria before to a formal economy then you'll see how far back your country has held you back and why the ones with the ability to Japa do so. Calling the current government Professionals is a sign of an intellectual debacle between most of your brain cells. Pls visit somewhere else even if it's Jozi |

haggai247:Now I understand you well, same problem affecting majority of you guys since 2023 general election. Being oppose to a rulling party shouldn't affect your patriotism toward your country. How will you be able to change the narrative if all you do is to talk down on your country. Your country should come first before any politician or political party. That is the problem we are all battling with till this moment. We are too selfish, we only care about ourselves and where we belong. Elections has been won and lose since inception of Democracy in Nigeria with no much disunity among us, why is post 2023 election losers became enemy of their own country? I was actually talking about my country, I don't even like the same APC government, because their policies affected me too, then you suddenly turn it being supporting rulling party and politicians. Did you see me mentioning any politician or politics in my write up? Why is it that anyone not agree with your believe is automatically an APC follower or member? Arguing with some of you here is a waste of time I swear. |

| Re: JAPA: Scott Bolshevik Mocks Nigerians by Litmus: 10:40am On Nov 16, 2025 |
Blame party politics for this shamelessness. Party politics in the form of Opposition culture has been unfortunately very effective in Nigeria. Unfortunate because Nigeria practices a primitive, immoral form of opposition activism who's result has been the adlining of masses of Nigerians. The celebrating and jubilating that the world observes of Nigerians isn't due to adverse conditions in Nigeria inversely proportional to the celebrating of abroad, but one due to the brain washing of Nigerians by Opposition Culture that seeks to cohers Nigerians into turning every aspect of thire lives into a sort of political attack against whatever party man is leading the Nation. Opposition has gotten masses of Nigerians fighting thire battles for them. So, jumping up and down in Heathrow airport is really about saying the government in power isn't good, and not really about the true condition of Nigeria. The incredibley effective thing that Opposition politics culture of Nigeria did was to subliminally brainwash this type of dumb Nigerians, celebrating-aboad, believe that they are really happy to be leaving suffering behind and not about what it really is, which is the dopting of the Opposition politics battle against the prevailing government in power. |

Throwback:Is that what you think? Life is too short to be wasted in suffering. You don't begrudge those leaving the country for better standard of living. Most people who felt secured at their level of income in the past don't feel same now, they are now struggling to balance the books. Is there a politician whose children is not schooling abroad? What about health? What about the environment? What about house budget, is it stable? Have you noticed how expensive local flight is in Nigeria now? I remember paying N15k for a trip to calabar many years back, today nko? We have been forced to travel by road, with our heart virtually in our hand, you know why? Insecurity. It is the quality of life that drives people away from the country. |

Throwback:You just did your usual Apc nonsense rant. You think it's patriotic to stand with an evil terrorist group posing as govt that continues to rehabilitate, empower and reconstruct terrorist back into the society to carry out more deadlier attacks? You are just Zombing, you are an enemy of Nigeria. Zombism can never be patriotism. |
| Re: JAPA: Scott Bolshevik Mocks Nigerians by Amalekki: 1:31pm On Nov 16, 2025 |
HeatSeeker:Prove it then it becomes believable. On celebrating new citizenship, Nigerians are even late to the party. Latinos and Indians have been doing it when Nigerians just quietly get in and out of the ceremonies. I would love to understand the impact of slave trade on those from India, Mexico, Colombia, Cuba, Guatemala, Peru etc too. |

yemmit90:Patriot I salute you comrade continue being patriotic more grease to your elbow. I guess patriotism simply means turning away from reality...I refuse that kind of patriotism. I've waited and delayed living thinking things will get better but it will not wake up and smell the coffee. I'd had to let my wife and kids go make I dey wait...but it seems it's a fools dream waiting for Nigeria to be great again. Your politicians all have their kids there and patriots want me to stay and change what exactly. I can't abeg and the fool's want to start taxing my hard earned money come 2026 that was the last straw. You're a patriot please continue working and praying. They are going on a borrowing spree for you and your unborn children's you'll hide your head in the sand and say things will get better. Kudos to you I've the resources I can't stay, or wait and pray. I'm checking out. I'm not going there to hustle ooo no already has everything figured out. Patriot see you when your prayer for a better Nigeria get answered. |
