You are a Nigerian, why not start the business in the environment that you know better? Even if it is just starting small to learn the ropes, commence it in Nigeria, build a formidable structure around it, before thinking of diversifying into other African countries. And aside from a few countries, where would you see the replica market as Nigeria?

Most of these countries have the population of Lagos or less. Meanwhile, Lagos is one state in the country.

It is funny how you want respondents to recommend a "good" African country without mentioning the kind of business.
