I like the drama that is unfolding. If truly Regina was 17 when Ned got sexually involved with her, then he is a paedophile. To those saying she was lured with money, wouldn't your 17 year old self have done the same?

From the look of things, Regina got entangled with him, but unfortunately the only things she got was flying private jets and driving borrowed luxury cars. She wanted more, but Ned was not cooperating. Now, she wants to use the blackmail card hoping to get her pension from the tumultuous years she spent with him. Ned must cooperate because he has met his match in Regina.
