Brigadier is a one star General while Lieutenant General is a three star General

This is very disgraceful to say the least.

How comes these ambushes are always carried out after a clearance operation.

Don't they ever learn from their mistakes?

A one star general left behind in the battle field doesn't speak well of the morale of troops and the other officers who have returned back to base.
