Many men have been sleeping with their daughters and there haven't been a public or social media uproar, but now every man is standing up for the man who was supposedly falsely accused by his wife.

The question is, why did the woman accuse her husband in the first place and how was it determined that she lied? I am not holding brief for anyone, but the police should investigate this thoroughly as it could be a case of the woman retracting her accusations because she is being threatened by her in-laws.
