I am a licensed HVAC technician.... and it takes you just a couple of months to learn the skill and get your EPA license. Not too difficult . Type I, II and III..

Some of us are making insane amount of money as technicians, a skill that takes u less than a year to learn and sit for exam and get your licenses when. You pass the exam
Most companies are 100 percent commissioned.
Fix things are make percent off of that fixed, flip unit and make percent when it sells
