I like the fact that the killings in Nigeria is finally getting global attention, thanks to Nicki Minaj for being the voice of the voiceless in Benue, plateau and across the nation Though I'm not a fan of Donald trump, but his claims whether true or false has already embarrassed our country and will certainly force our politicians and the military to work harder |

This lady has etched a place for herself in the book of life. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED IN REUBEN ABATI during one of the morning shows when he said " MINAJ SHOULD FOCUS ON HER ANACONDA DUTIES". Nigerians have lost emotions even the political class |

Let our leaders be put on their toes, not everything should be turned into politics. The violence is real, and innocent people are dying. And honestly, some of the people supporting this nonsense on Nairaland also need to be looked into. There’s too much reckless talk and zero empathy. |

Moveittothem:Something really deep and sinister is going on in this country. Nigeria is officially a failed state. The only reason why we have not realized it yet is because Nigeria was never a state of one nation (nation state). Nigeria has never been a country in which the people ever depended on the state structure: government for leadership, military for security, court for justice, etc. Those are just dummy structures that have never been functional, but Nigerians never cared. Nigerians have always fed themselves by working hard, protected themselves by self-defense, and obtained justice by way of the j u n g l e. That is why we never for once stopped to ask ourselves one question: is Nigeria really a state? The only reason why that question has come afore is simply because independent observers (Trump, America, and the international community) have stood to objectively speak and say, "Hey guys, things are not going well in Nigeria." Independently, if only you step out of the "Nigerian" mind, and consider the nation properly, you will observe that the country is worse than Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, etc. That is why even with the whole severe c r i s i s going on in these countries, Nigeria is talked about the most. Its not strange. It is actually because we are w o r s e than they are. We just don't know yet. |

EXCLUSIVE: Tinubu's Newly Appointed INEC Chairman Prof Amupitan Wrote Legal Brief In 2020 Report Confirming Genocidal Killings In Nigeria; “Legal Brief: Genocide (Silent Slaughter) in Nigeria – The Implications for the International Community."“it is a notorious fact that there is perpetration of crimes under international law in Nigeria, particularly crimes against humanity, war crimes and genocide.” “While the country is trying to manage the concerns engendered by the clamour for self-determination, two violent extremist groups have emerged to exacerbate an already deteriorating situation… Boko Haram and the Fulani herdsmen, responsible for an orgy of bloodbath and massive displacements in many States across Nigeria.” Accusing the Nigerian government of constitutional failure, asserting that the neglect of the state to prosecute alleged perpetrators had made international intervention “a moral and legal necessity.” “The victims of the crises are mainly the Christian population and the minority ethnic groups in Nigeria. Hence the need for remedial actions under the international law.” Tracing the historical roots of Nigeria’s ethno-religious conflicts, Amupitan wrote that the “drive for Islamisation of Nigeria through the jihad of 1804” had now reappeared through modern extremist movements. He described the Fulani-led jihad of Uthman Dan Fodio as a “full-blown Islamization agenda”, arguing that the same ideological undercurrent still drives much of the current violence in northern Nigeria. “Following the 19th century jihad of Uthman Dan Fodio, the Hausa territories were conquered and the Sokoto Caliphate established. The success of the jihad was one of the religious triumphalism that aimed at expanding the caliphate to other parts of Nigeria in the irrevocable bid to dip the Quran into the Atlantic Ocean in Lagos.” The caliphate thereafter became a dominant force in the north,” and that subsequent governments had continued to protect its influence through political manipulation and systemic favoritism. The legal brief also accused Nigerian authorities of deliberately avoiding the term “genocide” to escape international accountability: “States are skeptical of naming ‘genocide’ the way it is to avoid committing resources to stop it and to punish perpetrators. Such States easily find cover under the principle of complementarity. Concealing genocide becomes a strategy to guard sovereignty and protect ego, at the expense of innocent lives.” The alleged involvement of the State and non-State actors in the commission of crimes under international law in Nigeria has complicated an already complex situation. Consequently, the situation beckons the urgent need for a neutral and impartial third-party intervention, especially the UN and its key organs, the military and economic superpowers. International law supersedes absolute state sovereignty in cases of genocide and crimes against humanity...." Prof. Amupitan concluded his paper by making a direct appeal to the United Nations and global powers to intervene in Nigeria’s crisis: |

This is great. Every reasonable person understands that there is Christian genocide going on in Nigeria. I see some terrorists sympathisers calling her prostitute on line, very confused people. They call her prostitute, but Mia khalifa who is a renowned IndecentStar is a saint to them, just because she was speaking against Israel and shouting Gaza up and down. If hypocrisy was a person,it must be the face of Moslem extremists. |

Thank you, Nicki. We really appreciate you lending your voice to highlight the systematic genocide of Nigeria Christians. Just today, another church is attacked. Many killed and kidnap by the terrorists. They were streaming their service live when this attack occurred. We need the international community to assist in stopping this terrorist's attacks as the Nigeria government is complicit to it. |

Please and please, we Nigerian Christians are going through a lot. Ever since this demonic ticket of Muslims Muslims emerged, Christians have no breathing space again in Nigeria. Nairaland is also a tool used to deny Christians right. |

Let our leaders be put on their toes, not everything should be politics. Lives are being lost for crying out loud. And for those on Nairaland supporting or downplaying this nonsense, it’s sad. When real people are dying, blind argument and tribal bias should never come before humanity. |

How long will Nigerians be trapped in fear while those meant to protect us sit idle? Can people have freedom in this country again? The President and his government are failing spectacularly, their “responsibilities” mean nothing if citizens keep dying. Enough is enough. If you cannot guarantee the security of your people, step down. That is your core mandate, and you have failed woefully. |

Are there no Citizens in Nigeria who can speak at the conference? Why should a foreigner speak on our behalf? Does she feel our pain or has she ever slept for a day without light? Bitten by mosquitoes or had her relatives murdered or kidnapped? We can’t be more catholic than the Pope.
