Rivers state that was peaceful, just because Wike and Fubara are quarrelling. Tinubu decaleared state of emergency. Now we have Fulanis terrorist and islamic jihadis running up and down many states and killing, kidnapping, sacking people from their homes. Tinubu haven't declear state of emergency.
