Job Title: ABA Specialist Trainee
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Salary: ₦70,000 monthly

About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as **ABA Specialist Trainees**. In this role, you will be trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — a structured, evidence-based approach used to support children with developmental and learning differences.

As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals, assist in therapy sessions, and help implement individualized learning and behavior improvement plans. Key Responsibilities:

* Support ABA Specialists during therapy and learning sessions.
* Help implement behavior and learning programs as directed.
* Track and record learner progress under supervision.

* Participate actively in ongoing training and feedback sessions.

Requirements:
* Minimum of **SSCE or NCE** qualification.
* A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their growth.
* Good communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.

* Prior experience in a school or child-focused environment is an advantage (but not required).
