Since you’ve been captured, you’re fine. Your agency might just be being considerate and waiting for IPPIS to start paying you before they ask you to resume. Congrats.

Salary is 250k for starters. No allowance. No upfront. But they come in shifts. I think thrice in a week.

Both are in the same grade level 10 Conhess 9.

as far as i know, the salary package and the career opportunity of of TH is better than that of FU. If i were in your position to be candid, i would go for the teaching Hospital.

congratulations bro. Some of us started receiving salary in August. You should start getting paid immediately after capturing. Induction is still coming up in January 2026. All the best

You're right. Those guys come in shift. I was surprised when I resumed and I noticed the faces I see week in and out were quite different that was when I got to understand they come in shifts. No funding but generally it's a great place to work. Allowances from training come huge if there are projects

Ok I already got the Clinic Job already but have not yet resumed, so I am thinking if I should still go for the interview of the teaching hospital.
