How far ? Has he reply you? I have iPhone 13 that is iCloud locked to owner. I got it where they are offloading container non tested. Luckily when I charged it, the phone on but unfortunately it is iCloud locked.
Can it be fix? Or it is useless?

You can't unlock it fully. Except you want to be using it without sim. There's iCloud bypass you can try.

Or you sell the phone for parts

You might want to confirm before vouching for that software. It can help you flash/erase iPhones that are locked or disabled, but it can't remove activation locked. Maybe on older versions like from iPhone X downwards cos they allow jailbreaking.

My iPhone 12 pm fell inside soapy water,I didn’t touch it for two days ,it came on and I’m using it right now,Face ID all working fine but the screen now blinks and whitish very somehow now but still very useable,
Whats the best way forward for me now?

Good day guys, locked iphone .... i laugh anyone who thinks it can be unlocked remotely .........they will now say send it to lagos, cos they know one might not be in lagos or ur side in lagosis far to his location...... giving yall gimmicks of app and what not..... i really dont think its possible sha well i have been scammed thou (iph 7+) ......... well yall might be lucky sha or there are now better apps.
