Those weeping and those rejoicing are basking in their own ignorance.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (pbuh), may be jailed or even executed by the Nigerian government, but I will not loose sleep over what may be. And I urge every lover of Ndi Igbo to do Same.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (pbuh) is a freedom fighter, a courageous and incorruptible one at that only likened to legends like Nelson Mandela. One who stoically believes in his course and ready to die fighting for it.

Those that come against him today would only realize how fruitless their efforts have been sooner or later because, the Germaine issues that birthed the likes of him are still there, waxing stronger by the day, unrelentingly.

What his persecutors have done today is merely cutting off the tails of a snake. The head is intact and still active and more vicious than ever.

Provided the issues that birthed Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (pbuh) are still there, another more vicious and fiery than him will arise to take his place.

This is because, you can never kill an ideology whose time has come.

I don't need to bore you all with what the issues that birthed Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (pbuh) are. Even a child born today knows them.

Rejoice not and wail not for him because as a freedom fighter, there are only three places for him.. jail, exile or grave.

Whichever comes, is welcome.

The movement for the emancipation of Ndi Igbo from the contraption called Nigeria is bigger than Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (pbuh). It is bigger than any single individual. He is only a forerunner.

Let me repeat for emphasis, you can not kill an ideology whose time has come.

It will end in praise!

Even Nnamdi Kanu knew that a government that illegally sent Soldiers to his house to attempt to kill him, a government that broke its own extradition laws and that of Kenya to kidnap him, and a government that repeatedly refused to release him when courts said so

Such a government was not going to give justice, no matter what the courts said. He knew this and never bothered to enter a defence, which they would have used to legitimise a predetermined judgement. The thing about all of this is that Kanu has been in detention for 5 years, and Nigeria has only gotten worse in that time.

You jail or detain him for another 100 years has no bearing on the downward spiral of Nigeria

Now in detention, he will remain a symbol of injustice, and be as popular as ever. Such is life grin grin

The irony of life is that many people who were happy for the conviction of that Yoruba guy sentenced in England for the similar offence of inciting violence against Igbos are sad today when their lord and saviour kanu is convicted of the same offence that even Simon Ekpa was convited of in Finland. The question is why should that of Kanu be different?

The SW judge and its president has gotten trophy for her people. The should start doing owanbe on the street. I am old enough to have seen it coming. That region is the worst enemy of SE.They do everything to keep nigeria one because of the monopoly lagos enjoys. And the SE services that monopoly of the economy

If he remains in prison, he becomes a symbol of injustice.. a stigma to his persecutors. And if they kill him, he becomes a martyr.. an indelible stigma that would hunt his persecutors for life.

It will end in praise!

Nothing lasts forever as most of them are now beginning to sense. They too are beginning to wonder if one Nigeria doesn't end up a wild goose chase. For what does it profit a man who gains the whole world but looses his freedom, peace and ultimately his soul.

The music playing at the owambe is fizzling out, slowly but surely.

All Igbos and other ethnic groups of good conscience can see the Yorubas for who they truly are. The battle will continue to rage until Nigeria vomits Igbos because she can't swallow us.

The Yoruba president duly cut off his nose to spite his face. He will never use the mirror again for fear of the image that awaits him.

I pray he's sentenced to death. May God answer my prayer. (Amen)

A Yoruba Justice who benefited from Awolowo free education and became Judege, sentenced Awolowo to prison when Awo ran against Law, our people understood and didn't tag the judge for doing his job.

It's Kanu turn now and everything suddenly turn SE, SW matter .

Lop, I laugh at LOOSERS grin

I suggest you take up the mantle of the next IPOB leader. Stop being a keyboard warrior on Nairaland.com. Put your money where your mouth is. Stop all these daily epistles.
We await the sentencing of Nnamdi Kanu your god who has been completely dymystified and deflated.

This is too shallow. I don't want to abuse a fellow woman like me but this right here is too low for zero.

What did you do with the shame of denying abiola an election he clearly won? What did you shame do for you when he was incarcerated and finally poisoned over a cup of tea?
I was not too young then, I can still remember the chest beating and the noise from you people then.
What was the outcome of your noise and chest beating?
