Not a reassuring word. Not even an acknowledgment of the grief tearing through the affected families.

How can any leader remain silent in the face of such horror? How can the Presidency be swift when politics is at stake, yet slow—painfully slow—when Nigerian lives are hanging in the balance? It forces one to ask: What truly matters to this administration? Governance or 2027? Power or people?

Mr. President, Nigerians must be alive for you to lead them. If t3rrorists continue to invade our schools and sanctuaries unchecked, who exactly will remain for you to govern? A nation cannot thrive—indeed, it cannot exist—on the graves and tears of its own citizens.

And so, with the utmost respect, if this government cannot muster the urgency, courage, and competence required to confront this escalating evil, then it is only honourable to step aside for those who can. Nigeria is bleeding, and silence or watery statement is not leadership.
