Nnamdi Kanu is a lucky man. In some countries, he would have been executed by now.
If you want death on an innocent man, you might probably experience it before him...

This one wants to start what he can't finish.

I have never liked Kanu but I don't think he deserves death. He is a loud mouth fool (who knows, may be due to alcohol?).

Tinubu is wiser than the wisest human. The sentence is for negotiation. South East should provide 5 million votes for Tinubu in 2027, and on the swearing in day, Tinubu will announce amnesty for him. SIMPLE
And this is how a nation is made. 😂😂😂

I don't understand. No terrorist in Northern nigeria has being given life imprisonment or death penalty. Boko Haram terrorists are often given a few years or even pardoned in the name of deradicaluzation. Yet nnamdi kanu is given life imprisonment. This us injustice, wickedness and Northern agenda.
It us as if your brain is on holiday. You better use your brain. You are a homo sapien. Stop being dumb

Innocent my foot

omoredia:
They cant give him death penalty cos they know he is innocent and the govt is the one that is guilty. The sentence is not justice but politics.

How many Bandits and insurgents have your government executed so far? Nil!

Nnamdi KANU represents conscience of Igbo extraction, fighting for autonomy non marginalization. It's a genius struggle to extricate the people from Fulani hegemony and southwest meddlesomeness.

Time will Tell because Nigerian unity is at razors edge!
The moment he incited people to be burning government owned buses, buildings and kill government officials in Lagos, he was done for.

The moment he set up ESN, armed them and ordered them to be killing non igbos and igbo " sabotuers " who did not obey his commands or were simply going about their daily lives as Nigerians, he had a crosses a line that he could not turn back from.

As he talk sey him stubborn, he go see people wey dey more stubborn and ruthless than he his.

Sad thing is that if he dies today...life will go on as if he never existed.

The powers that be in his region and those in other regions do not want a disintegrated Nigeria. Their economic interests and investments are way too intertwined to let that happen.

The best he could have gotten from his movement was to turn it into a political party and install people loving governors in the south east state and begin a very aggressive industrialization drive to turn the place to a Mecca.

Tinubu is not wise at all. North arrested Nnamdi Kanu and refuse to sentence him, but pressured Tinubu to be the one to do the dirty job. Life is turn by turn
Buhari and his cabinet were wise since 2015 to have avoided sentencing him but were doing of and on with him even though all the judges then were northerners. But Tinubu thinks life ends after yoruba rule finish. He has shown that the leaders and people of SE doesnt matter upon all the appeal.
Totally out point with myopic ideal, if you're a good follower of the justice system in Nigeria you would understand that, court cases in Nigeria takes a lot of time, though almost everybody keeps wondering why.

The issue the offender was raised ( more time to defend himself) what does it mean to you? Is it not to delay judgement, what has the north had to do with somebody who has been using delayed tartice to delay his cas?

Death penalty is the appropriate punishment for treason.
You people don't think before you talk. "Death for Treason" by the same Government that has the list of terrorism sponsors but chose to hide it.
Same Government now negotiating with terrorists in army uniforms and arms all over their bodies. Giving away our hard earned money to fund further terrorism.
Same Government that compromised the Nigeria Army with Terrorists in the name of repentance.
Then everybody in the Government involved in all these cover-ups must be killed. If that's how it is.
I am not in support of Nnamdi Kanu for his violent agitations but a lot of his claims and forecasts are here with us. Nigeria has become haven to terrorists and dungeon to freedom fighters.
These obvious ass-licking by Yorubas to Northerners will end up consuming us completely in the South-West. Look at the Owo church massacre of yorubas and now Eruku in Kwara of help women and children.
Yorubas are destined to be enslaved or unalived by Northerners eventually... This is what I see. The Igbos already took a stand but Yorubas are neither here nor there and will eventually be consumed, it's already happening.
Northerners already trooping in with their trucks and herds...

Peace and strategic thinking is always important, that is why when some people like the bandits and terrorists are released, much people ignores it albeit complains. But this is madness

I don't think you were born during Biafra Nigeria civil war. Otherwise, you couldn't be spewing all this.

You can't stop a determined people pushed to the wall. Igbo people have been pushed to the wall and are going to react at appropriate Time.

You can't beat a child and tell him not to cry. People of southeast extraction are tired of double faced Nigerian leadership. They want to take their destiny in their own hands. At the right time, they would react.

Nigeria is a failed state. Nothing works again. We can't have Two laws in same country. The North pampers their insurgents. It's offense to agitate in the South.

Never mind.

Southeast will go to the trenches to defend their heritage and Homeland when the right signals come.

Enough of Tinubu's barefaced leadership!

When it's time for everyone to go dem papa house we won't need a terrorist Kanu to do that. All the SE National Assembly members should sponsor a referendum. We will sit on a round table to have solid agreements that no inch of the South South must be annexed to potorpotor region. People from SE must agree to vacate every critical sector of our economy. We won't need them in Alaba, Lagos ports, Ladipo. They must sell their properties and businesses and move back to their region. They won't be allowed to stay except they apply for international students visa and pay high school fees or stay on a work permit. We won't even allow the ecowas free movement with them. When you are ready we are also game but since we didn't stay together initially through terrorism then we won't break through terrorism.
What's your worth because empty people boasts and talk like This.

Be reminded that you have no business with South South. Stay with your Fulani brothers. If you think you can milk south south because of their oil, you are wasting your Time. They won't allow it. They know you people to be greedy and wants to survive on their Oil.

Southeast will be another Singapore on getting independence. They would strive hard to develop because they won't waste time on Aso Oke and Parties. Rather, they would invest in their businesses.

Waiting for the opportunity to extricate ourselves from Fulani hegemony and southwest arse lickers.

The Best thing to do is to grant him Amnesty.

And be rest assured Tinubu will be appreciated for the kind gesture. This will guarantee some level of goodwill.

Let him grant him Amnesty and the rest will be history.

I wish you well. Don't your governors receive their monthly allocations every month.

You guys know how to make mouth a lot and have learned a bad habit of taunting your hosts wherever you guys live and do business.

You can cry all you want but none of your arguments hold water.

Let me remind you that the first coup was an Igbo officers led coup that went on rampage and killed the leaders of other ethnic groups while they protected their own leaders...and taunted the other ethnic groups.

That was the defining action that made other ethnic groups wary of you guys till date. But when you cry and complain, you don't think that your tribe owes the other an apology for killing off their political leaders.

I wish you guys well but you have plenty of soul searching to do and rid yourself of this victim mentality.

Needless grandstanding on issues known to All.

The President, CJN, High Court judge, prosecutor, trying Nnamdi KANU are all Yorubas. And you expect fair hearing?

Honestly, the case has been prejudged.

Nnamdi KANU'S trial and conviction is a testimony to Nigeria's flawed legal system. And Nigerians at home and in diaspora frowned at it.

As I said earlier, factors led this led to Nigeria's first military coup, which you outlandishly brand as Igbo coup. This exposed your ignorance and scant knowledge of what LED to the coup and progrom that followed it.

You are a small boy and may not know what led to the coup and subsequent civil war. At best, you got your fable tales from your parents.

As for disrespecting the host, it's no news. Because you brand non indigenes as disrespectful and scorns Yoruba heritage. Damn wrong!

We are watching development!

You can deflect and obtuse yourself all you want...facts remain facts.

Simon Ekpa did not physically kill anyone for him to be convicted as a terrorist in Finland.

Kanu does not need to physically kill anyone for him to ge condemned as one.

Take care
