The law is very clear. The death penalty is the only sentence allowed for the offense he was convicted of. If anything the judge erred by not prescribing the death sentence. It is the only sentence allowed or possible under the law. There is no wiggle room or discretion.

He should have sentenced him to death because in reality, no one has been executed since the return of democracy. The judge does not have the power of discretion the death penalty is mandatory if an act of terrorism causes death!

As for your other drivel, if you cannot do the time dont do the crime. Kanu and IPOB are the one’s eating the food they prepared.
