People Still Panic In Rukubi, Nasarawa As Police Deny Reported School Kidnap by Glimpsetv(op): 11:19pm On Nov 21, 2025
Earlier today, reports circulated claiming that gunmen suspected to be terrorists had attacked Peter’s Foundation Secondary School in Doma Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, allegedly abducting several students. However, the police have since debunked the story, stating that no such incident occurred.

The rumour had spread just hours after the confirmed abduction of students and staff from St. Mary’s School in Papiri, Agwara Local Government Area — a development that already left many residents on edge.

The Catholic Diocese of Kontagora confirmed the Papiri attack, explaining that it happened between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.

Even though the police have denied the reported attack in Nasarawa, fear continues to grip Rukubi, with residents visibly panicking, as shown in the video below.

All these happenings look political. It's like these politicians have started playing the Chibok-games in preparation for 2027 election... considering the Kebbi kidnap event.

The game started early though, and only God knows how many lives it would claim. This would likely hasten the intervention of the US military.

Bokoharam means school is forbidden. When you close down all the schools, they will mark their agenda as being accomplished and move unto the next which could be no more church or worship centre in Nigeria.

What you’re seeing here is the result of a country where insecurity has gone on for so long that people no longer wait for confirmation before reacting. When citizens consistently hear of kidnappings, school abductions, and attacks across different states, fear becomes automatic

So the panic in Rukubi isn’t just about one rumour, it’s about years of insecurity, slow responses, and a government that hasn’t yet been able to restore the confidence people need to feel safe.

The funniest thing about this country is that even if all those men in this picture gathered themselves to go and attack those terrorists

The government would tag those men trouble makers

I'm just letting you know how very unintelligible our leaders are

They need not panicked, these are their own family and siblings as seen in a protest few weeks ago.
Matter of fact if the terrorists come to them, they might sight their brother, father or uncle which gives them immunity against being kidnapped or killed

Secondly, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the international terrorist has been convicted, there is peace and calm in the north now.

Those you see in prot sts are different from these ones. Those in protests have connections with the terrorists. The ones here are the innocent civilians who are hiding their faces so terrorists won't recognize them and kill them. These ones won't do any protest, because they are living in fear and hiding their faces.

If Nigeria was a serious nation and not a disgraced country, why were these protesters not surrounded, arrested and prosecuted as has always been done in the south during the peaceful protest by IPOB and Biafran sympathizers?

You identified the same problem that you suffer from.

They see their own menace as their brothers that should be left alone.

You also betray the same sentiments in seeing the terrorists called Nnamdi Kanu as someone who should be left alone.

Same disease, different hosts being ravaged by their own sentiments rather that embrace the needed remedy.

They panic police hasn’t given them the assurance or make preparations to protect them.
Why won’t they panic when they are denied from owning guns while the police have not collected the guns owned by the bandits

As unintelligible as the leaders are, our people can die to prove to anyone that this inept politicians they support are the best you can find.
Bread and butter politics will be the end of many sychophants in this country. The moment you cannot speak the truth and the leaders listen, just know that Doom's day is near. We are still playing. I am ashamed to admit I laughed at this.

The housefly is the biggest problem. He is very proud to say he didn't vote, not knowing that he has in effect voted for his own extermination. undecided
