A self-acclaimed madman has been handed over to the police in Abakaliki, the capital city of Ebonyi state, after he allegedly raped two primary school girls during school hours.

The fake madman reportedly raped two students of Ebonyi State University Staff Secondary School, Abakaliki, before he was arrested and about to be handed over to the Police for necessary interrogation and investigation at the time of reporting this.

This was reported to NEWSMAXNG by an insider who narrated that after the ugly incident, the school principal “simply said that there was nothing he could do since the culprit was a madman.”

His words: “We joke about education and safety in this country.

“A madman strolled into EBSU Secondary School and raped a female student during school hours, and the principal simply said that there was nothing he could do since the culprit was a madman.

“I learnt that the madman has been living around the school for some time, and the school authority did nothing to evacuate him.

“I predicted this a month ago, that with the level of active mad guys on the streets of Abakaliki, some naked with aggressive penis will soon start harassing girls. But some said that I was attacking appointees.

“Nigeria's porous borders are far better than the entry points of Ebsu Secondary School.

“I encourage the Ebonyi state government to close Ebsu secondary until the school is adequately equipped with a centralized entry point.

“For how long will this girl battle this truma?

“What schools like this care about is school fees. Nothing more.”

Meanwhile, in a video obtained by our correspondent on Friday, the suspect was seen being bundled up after a suspected angry mob had beaten him.

The unidentified man, who was being interrogated by a female voice in the background, admitted that he had raped two students before he was caught.

When asked when he raped them, he could not say.
