You won't have a good country, if we don't have a national consensus, etiquettes, and common values. If Nigeria only represents where you sleep and wake up then there is a problem. Reforms will mean nothing if the fundamentals are not taken care of. Lack of unity will never allow us a national consensus and collective purpose. Justice, equity and fairness is the bedrock of an egalitarian society. Do we truly have those qualities or seem to move towards those qualities?

President Tinubu don't have that charisma to cause that shift. He plays too much politics.
