If I have been battling pest infestation in my farm and I lack the finances to procure very effective methods of eliminating the infestation and someone else offers to help me rid my farm of pests, I'll grab the opportunity with two arms.

If Nigeria was truly serious about eliminating Fulani bandits, all it needed to have done was to provide the US with necessary intel of where these Fulani terrorists are based and the US will perform surgical strikes on them.

Nigeria depends on practically useless Russian made tanks that have no reactive armour against RPGs. If the US can make 50 or more Abrams tanks available plus 300 Humvees for troop movements, these terrorists will be greatly eliminated.

Nigeria can even plead for the US to provide air support with some A-10 warthogs. The warthog will soon be retired and the Americans will love nothing more than to have that plane really do a number on these Fulani terrorists.

Alas, the Nigerian army is compromised and outrightly incompetent. The Nigerian Airforce is practically useless and the government lacks the willpower to go after the sponsors of these killers.
