In the last two decades I have met a lot of them in Ogun and Oyo States. You are right by saying they are few in numbers compared to our population but one pertinent information that is important is that Sahel Region is the headquarters of Banditry and Terrorism in SubSahara Africa. Another Very Important Information came from Pa Tanko Yakassai few years ago during OBASANJO Government. He said the NORTH should strengthen their relationship with the Sahel Region. He said Sahel Region Supported Nigeria during the Civil War and that Nigeria is yet to reward them back for their assistance.

Nigeria problem was caused by Nnamdi Azikiwe. Nigeria problem is the foundation.

The Northern Elites and Elders rejection of Military Base in Nigeria is the Overall Request of the Sahel Region. Nigeria problem is easy to discern by a very intelligent and objective person and the solution is known.

But your brothers are at Ado - Ekiti. The Senator is from Ogun State. The immigration to Lagos, Ogun and Oyo States have become very much. In 2005, 2006 and 2007 the different DFID reports also complained of population explosion in Lagos.

I am not saying they are not here but people over state it. They don't have the population to be an issue.

there is no border between Nigeria and Niger republic and also no border between Nigeria and Chad..

Niger republic and Chad can free criminals from their prisons and dump them at the Nigeria border and the criminals will stroll into Nigeria without any Nigerian agency questioning them because the northern Nigeria state government will see them as northern Nigerians and protect them and give them NIN, BVN e.t.c....

Nope.

SW has borders and does verification on people entering from the SW borders.

Northern Nigeria has zero borders and does not carry out verification on who enters through northern Nigeria.

This narrative does not fly. The coup was handled by all the major ethnic groups.
So, nothing stops any from running regional system now. Since foreigners invade south west. Or how exactly do u wish to achieve reducing foriegners from coming to south west with the current system that gurantees nigerians to live and work anywhere within Nigeria? If u want foriegners to stop moving to south west, it is simple, u have to make the current consitution null and void and enact new one that will prevent regional migration and only based on terms set up by the regions.

I still discussed this serious matter with some fellow landlords yesterday. Is there anything we can do to stop this influx of foreigners into the Southwest? My street here in Ondo State is currently dominated by northerners (many of them are from Niger republic). They have turned every corner and uncompleted buildings to shacks and residents. Their kids are everywhere, they don't attend school. Early in the morning they are already roaming about the community scavenging for scrap iron and plastic bottles. They know every in-and-out of our area than our own children.

Let every area have a Landlord association and let all the chairmen and secretaries of the landlord associations in the town meet to find solutions to them.

Thanks for this, in countries like Russia, UAE, China and even Ethiopia in Africa citizens can’t just pack up and say they are leaving to another state. It makes no sense for citizens of Nigeria to just pack up and say they’re relocating to the south west. You are right distinguish senator Gbenga. I lived in a suburb area in Southwest. 4 years ago, a woman in my area bought 4 new okadas and went to main town to bring 4 Hausa to ride it for her. She gave them a room in her boys quarters. In 3 months they have increased to 20, doing menial jobs. Today they are more than 2000 in the same community majorly okada rider, well diggers, quack tailors, nail cutters etc. living rent free in every uncompleted building or building rooms on open lands with plank and iron sheet.
They were mostly accepted by our central mosque because majority of them are Muslims. No documentation, no order of living, no one knows where they are from and may not be easily traced if need arise.
These are truly timebomb as you rightly said.
