There were no atrocities before Adaka Boro started with his secession threat, there was only a coup , notice how the secession threat was abandoned for one Nigeria when the war started , he abandoned every plan for secession and died fighting for one Nigeria, murdered by Nigerians he was fighting for . There is no governor of any state outside of Igbo land that had ever appointed an igbo as commissioner in his government except president Tinubu. If there are any then he is the first to do it in Nigeria as governor of Lagos state a Yoruba land and ever since the no governor in Igbo land ever appointed a Yoruba man as commissioner, maybe tomorrow they would and not that the Igbo governors can't but they know their igbo brothers would never tolerate them for that. This attempt at whipping up tribal sentiments is a futile attempt at deodorizing the criminal activities of the now jailed MNK.

MNK could have been easily let off the hook if had maintained some modicum of decorum during his trial.

He instead went berserk as he continued to hurl insults at the trial judge in an apparent show of contempt of court.

These unbecoming behaviours were happening while other well-meaning Nigerians were busy working behind the scenes to have a negotiated political settlement for him.

He (MNK), instead of following the path of decorum, remorse and sobriety, became more rebellious and violent and even beating up one of his councels and ultimately sending all of them packing, saying he wishes to defend himself all by himself.

Obidigbo must be mindful of his utterances, lest he gets himself on the the wrong side of the law.

I hear you and seriously concerned about the issue of Fulani terrorists. Ibos are supposed to be our southern brothers and moreso, we share more in terms of religious ideology. I also personally wish the country could be devided and everyone goes his way. However, the way some of the Ibos are taing things is always very wrong. Why not go through a legal process to get their voices heard? They always blame Yorubas for everything and exempt themselves of any blame. They also love to play the victim. I have do many ibo friends and we use to banter with each a lot of times but the mentality is almost always the same. Blame Yorubas for everything even when the truth is glaring.
I honestly wish this country will devide and let everyone go his way. As for the Fulani terrorists, their end is near.

Ironsi had ordered Ojukwu to clampdown on the NDVF headed by Adaka Boro after he (Adaka Boro) declared independence from Nigeria immediately after Ironsi took over following the highly ethnically charged and selective bloody coup of Jan 15.

Adaka knew the motive for the coup was to prevent the Federal Parliament from reconvening after Christmas break so as to prevent the motion for a plebescite among the minority people trapped in the British created Eastern region.

Ojukwu adopted a scorched earth approach and was pillaging every Ijaw community with his Ibo soldiers .

Adaka , rather than run away like a coward offered himself to be arrested so as to get ojukwu and his ibo soldiers to stop massacring innocent civilians.

When It ojukwu declared independence in 1967, he ensured a blockade of any route in the coastal areas so as to prevent young ijaw men defecting to Nigeria to join the army to fight to liberate their lands.

An unknown number of young men, fishermen were murdered by Ibo troops during this dark period.

Ojukwu used the first few months before Nigeria began the Special Police Action to genocide as many minority people.

Entire communities were forced from their lands and moved into ibo land never to be seen again.

A slow and systematic genocide was going on that was being carried out on the minority people by biafran soldiers and ibo civilians alike.

Even when Federal troops began to advance, retreating Biafran soldiers will pillage and massacre every minority community on their path of retreat.
