If you say all possible tests, what are the tests you ran? Nigeria doctors are olodo rabata, na only malaria and typiod dem sabi.

A scan is only meant to detect tumour growth.

Since no tumour was found, you probably have an infection that if not treated could lead to testicular cancer.

Go to the hospital to do proper urine analysis and full STD tests.

Nice the scans before came back clear, but since the sensation has returned and sometimes moves up to your waist, it might be a good idea to follow up with a qualified urologist or physician rather than self-diagnosing.

Even if scans previously showed nothing, persistent or recurring pain should be checked professionally. You might also want to keep a log of when it happens, how long it lasts, and any other symptoms, so your doctor has a clearer picture.

Better to get it checked early than wait and risk complications.

Sequel to my last thread where I complained about a burning sensation in my testicle area, a lot of persons advised that I go for scan for a possible testicle torsion case.
I went for scan and ran all the possible scan from abdominal to testicle scan and nothing was found. The sensation stopped and I was found.
However of recent the burning sensation around my left testicle started again and sometimes I notice it moves up to my waist area in form of weird pains.
Please what do you suggest I do.

Go and visit a urologist to examine you properly.

I will suggest that you consider the kind of pants/ boxers and trousers you wear. If they are so tight, then change them out. As a man, what you often wear can harm your testes. That region doesn't require too much compression or tight fit undies.

It's infection, go to better hospital they will recommend urine test, sparm test and scan for u and do the scan where they recommended for u and not all these road side lab. After ur results is out take d drugs they recommended for you. If you are in Abuja use kings care that's where my brother use when he's having d same issue.

My Dear it's most likely torsion the most serious pain in the world . I also lost my left testicle Jan3 2020 to Testicular Torsion I was told it's an emergency case n i should have responded immediately that my left testes is now dead I went several scan in Lasuth and Afrii Global . My 12 year old boy had same experience back then. Same left testicle. Burning sensation and painful as well. Called up a doctor immediately. Said it's quite normal for children his age. Prescribed some antibiotics and anti inflammatory. Asks if it repeats afterwards we should come for detailed examination.
He took d drugs as prescribed and the problem subsided.
Now he's 17,not a repeat.

But in your case, you're an adult. U will have to seek a better examination in a good hospital. Consult a good doctor.
