Kanu has multiple MURDER charges to face, while at the very worst, Sunday Igboho was only ever "guilty" of expressing separatist ideology in a non-violent way.

The big difference between Sunday Igboho and Nazi Nnamdi Kanu is that while Sunday Igboho's speeches never resulted in anyone being killed, Nazi Kanu's well-documented calls for "burning down" Nigeria and for the killing of both civilians and police officers in Igboland DID in fact lead to widespread bloodshed and murder.

Setting aside the political theme of this case, it is far more likely that Kanu will be prosecuted on charges of instigating murder, or in legal terminology, of being an "instigator and facilitator" in countless murders, any of which could potentially qualify Kanu for a date with the hangman on charges of culpable capital homicide, IF the letter of the law is to be followed.

In short, Sunday Igboho's hands are clean from a court room prosecutor's standpoint, while Kanu's hands are covered in the blood of innocent Igbo people AS WELL AS the blood of police and military officers killed by people goaded to murder by Kanu's online ranting.

Kanu's UK citizenship is very likely to be revoked, and his passport nullified, because of his conviction on terrorist-related charges. With his UK citizenship but a fond memory, Kanu will NOT be allowed to set foot in the UK even if he is released from jail on health or compassionate grounds at some point over the years to come.

You're 💯% correct. Those who are British by naturalization, as is the case with Kanu, can and will have their British citizenship revoked for terror-related conviction or serious criminal conduct.

Even Shamima Begum, who is British by Birth, had her citizenship revoked and was mad stateless after she travelled to Syria to join ISIS. She was only 15 as well.
