The reason that woman did all that was because he asked for his money back.

He should have let go of the money menh. It's not worth all these.

Very far, the world is not ruled by good people, he will get good offers but he will never the face of anything. Someone will be fronting him while he works from behind the scenes.

Unless they find incriminating evidence, it's still a case of past tweets and bitter a debtor.

na lie. the real owners and innovators don show their muscle grin
You should learn how to give your opinions without calling someone a liar, this is 2025, you can't be a kid forever. He's a co-founder of Paystack not the owner, Stripe acquired it long ago and you if know stripe, you will know that he even lasted too long with them after the accusations. They don't joke with issues like.

Which part of my comment is a lie?

The painful thing is while Paystack will use company's money to foot the legal bills, he will have to pay his from his pocket.

Yes it happens, he is just an employee , he obviously does not own major shares

Investors are the real owners

You can be sacked from the company you created.
We can confirm from Steeve Job. No we can not confirm Steve Job again.

Sacked from the company I founded angry
You people should understand sometimes. Sacked in this case means he is no longer actively involved in running the company, but he is still collecting profits from his shares/investments.

When you raise funding via venture capitalists (series A, B, C, etc.) to build your company, you essentially give away full ownership of the company and become an employee to your investors.

If paystack was a one man business, no one would dare sack him.
It's not just about venture capitalism. Paystack has been acquired by Stripe which is a larger company as such, the co-founders are much like employees

The kind of technical skills he posseses is not the type that where he needs to go into the labour market looking for whom to employ him

The kind of technical skill he possesses is that type that makes the labour market to look for him

Note the difference

If you co-found a company and they're sacking you,it automatically means the company is winding up and assets will be shared.

A co-founder can not be treated like an employee! It's not done!

This is a serious message for those people that enjoy posting rubbish online! Of course, they always believe it's all online and no one knows them or it's nobody's business.

This guy committed these atrocities (or made all those dirt posts) over 15 years ago. Little did he know that they could, one day, come back to hunt him!!

If you sabi post nonsense, go ahead. It's a matter of time, nemesis will catch up with you.

A word, they say,is enough.......
Trash!!!

Worryingly:
Lol. His own unemployment ismt the same as an average Nigerian's .

You think this guy will be hawking CVs like the everyday graduate?

He cofounded the company, he wasn't employed by it.

He will definitely build another app and will still be fine.
That's it! Someone of his level could probably have nothing less than 100M in his savings. So how will he be out on the streets frustrated like the regular jobless graduate?
