Senator Adams Oshiomhole has launched a blistering criticism of former Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, describing both men as lacking the qualities needed to drive any credible political movement in the country.

Amaechi was apparently the best Rivers State governor when he was in the PDP but totally lost it when he joined the APC. He started playing more politics than focusing on development.

When I gave up on him was when he became so bitter at GEJ that he threatened to shut down a maritime university in Delta State built by GEJ because he said there was corruption in how its land was acquired.

Maybe you have the hands of Nigerians?

Oshiomhole saying nobody will vote for Amaechi in 2027 is funny, because half of these politicians talk like Nigerians are actively choosing leaders — when most people are just choosing between whatever the political godfathers put on the menu.

Amaechi, Atiku, Oshiomhole… it’s the same old cast.
They fall out today, they reconcile tomorrow, and by next election they’re all sitting in the same room sharing suya and plotting “unity.”

The real joke?
These guys argue about who’s more “credible” like Nigerians haven’t seen them rotate themselves around every important seat for 20+ years.

Give any of them a new party, a new godfather, or a new promise of power, and suddenly they’ll all become “visionary reformers” again.

The 2018 Rating by Transparency International placed Nigeria at 148th position out of 180 countries. Nigeria was improving over the years under the previous government, until Buhari got elected as president, things became worse.

There is a difference between fact and fiction. We need to face facts, Buhari is worse than GEJ when it comes to fighting corruption, at least that’s what the facts prove.

Most of us believed there was corruption under Goodluck Jonathan’s Government. I agree with those who did, there was corruption, but not as bad as it is today under Mohammadu Buhari.

In 2012, Nigeria was placed at 139th position, In 2014, Nigeria gained 3 steps and was placed at 136th position. Under Buhari, Nigeria has lost many positions down to 148th.

There’s no further proof needed that corruption has worsened under Buhari’s government compared to previous years.
