I know that when ones time has come, the person must go but try to live better life, make good and healthy choices. Exercise, shun alcohol or take it moderately. Drink enough water.. Pay attention to your diet.. know what you're putting inside your body, be mindful of the kind friends you keep.. pray too! Spiritual force is real.

Smile. On the contrary bro, the freedom of choice is in our hands. No one will be forced, but we'll all voluntarily choose to come back again and again until our souls are advanced enough to be one with the Supreme creator. Earth is the school of souls advancement, afterlife is for rest and appraisal.
