To compensate for loss of players for AFCON, everybody gets free five transfers after GW15. Regardless of how much free transfers you have in hand, you will only get five maximum so use up your stored FT if you have any before GW15.

Then after GW19, all chips will be made available for the second half of the season.

These have been announced since beginning of the season.
